The Establishment of “Valley de Manosroi : Smart Chiang Mai Resident Complex”

The objective of the overall project is to establish a resort complex for recreation, rehabilitation and retirement residence including the knowledge centers, pharmacy museum and botanical garden, etc. in Don Pao, Mae Wang namely “Valley de Manosroi : Smart Chiang Mai Resident Complex” by the concepts of modern with clean and green energy (e.g. solar, wind) application.

Target customers for the Valley de Manosroi are from Thailand and foreigners for example from Japan, Germany, USA, France and China.

Project activities

The Global Partners Bayern e.V together with the project partner in Thailand is looking for interested companies as well as investors for the realization of the Smart Chiang Mai Resident Complex.

The activities for the construction of the plant complex are divided into four groups of topics as follows:

1. Knowledge Center
2. Recreation Center
3. Rehabilitation
4. Retirement Residence

• The land height is about 500 meters above the sea level
• Not far from medical facilities (about 20-30 minutes by car)
